Congratulations to our master chocolatier Nick Monte for winning "Best Easter Idea" at the Retail Confectioners International 2024 Candy Clinic! RCI is a 107-year-old trade association for confectionery manufacturing retailers. Nick won for his "Rabbit Stew," made with a delicious milk chocolate rabbit, "potatoes" made of marshmallow, caramel, and white chocolate, and candy "peas and carrots" (the best kind!)
