Origine Vidama Chocolate Bar. 38% cocoa. This milk chocolate is made with beans from Côte d'Ivoire. There are notes of cacao, wood and spice. There is low bitterness, acidity and astringency. Oulaidon cacao is fermented for six days on banana leaves and dried for 7-10 days. The highly-scented cacao is due to the exchange of pollen with wild orange, mango, coffee, and cardamom plants growing nearby. This is produced by a fair trade project run by ChocoFair Côte d'Ivoire network.

Origine Bars are handcrafted by Village Chocolate Shoppe chocolatiers with chocolate made from cacao beans grown and processed exclusively in a specific country or area. Each bar will have its own unique flavor and characteristics. The bars range from 35-80% cocoa solids. Also included are single-bean varieties.
