Origine Single Ocumare Chocolate Bar. 100% cocoa. This Venezuelan chocolate is made from 100% criollo beans. This dark chocolate has notes of caramel, tobacco, nuts, papaya, undergrowth, mushrooms and dates. This chocolate has no soy or sunflower lecithin.

Origine Bars are handcrafted by Village Chocolate Shoppe chocolatiers with chocolate made from cacao beans grown and processed exclusively in a specific country or area. Each bar will have its own unique flavor and characteristics. The bars range from 35-80% cocoa solids. Also included are single-bean varieties.
