Origine Rio Huimbi Chocolate Bar. 42% cacao. This cacao originates from the province Esmeraldas in Ecuador, near several rivers, primarily the river Wimbi (Huimbi). Caramel and malt flavor provide a long finish with a nutty butter note and a caress of sweetness. This chocolate does not have soy or sunflower lecithin.

Origine Bars are handcrafted by Village Chocolate Shoppe chocolatiers with chocolate made from cacao beans grown and processed exclusively in a specific country or area. Each bar will have its own unique flavor and characteristics. The bars range from 35-80% cocoa solids. Also included are single-bean varieties.
